China Lucky Air Co., Ltd. announcement: It is expected that in the first half of 2026, net profit attributable to owners of the parent company will be between 140 million yuan and 210 million yuan. Compared with the same period last year, this will decrease by 295 million yuan to 365 million yuan, representing a year-on-year decline of 58.46% to 72.30%. It is also expected that in the first half of 2026, net profit attributable to owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses will be between 59 million yuan and 88.5 million yuan. Compared with the same period last year, this will decrease by 319 million yuan to 349 million yuan, representing a year-on-year decline of 78.29% to 85.53%. Affected by changes in the international energy market, in the second quarter fuel oil prices rose significantly year over year, directly pushing up the company’s core operating costs for the period, leading to losses in the second quarter, and thereby causing the company’s performance for the current period to be expected to decline year over year.
