#SummerCreationCamp SummerCreationCamp

I want to share what we have been building for this summer and why it matters right now.

The Summer Creation Camp is not another online course. It is not a weekend webinar. It is a 6 week intensive where creators, builders, students, and professionals come together to actually make things. Real projects. Real feedback. Real skills you can use the day after camp ends.

We are running it in 2026 because the world of work and content has changed. Attention is the new currency. AI tools are everywhere. But the people who win are not the ones with the most tools. They are the ones who can take an idea and turn it into something people care about. Video, writing, design, product, code, brand. That is what we teach.

Let me walk you through what it is, who it is for, how it works, and why this year is different.

First, the problem we are solving.

Over the last 12 months I have talked to hundreds of students, freelancers, and founders. The pattern is the same. Everyone knows they should be creating. Everyone has watched tutorials. But most people get stuck at three places.

One, they do not finish. They start a YouTube channel, a newsletter, an app, and stop after 3 weeks.

Two, they do not get feedback. They post into the void and hear nothing back.

Three, they do not have a portfolio. When it is time to get a job, a client, or funding, they have nothing to show except certificates.

Summer Creation Camp was designed to fix all three.

Here is how it works.

We run for 6 weeks. Fully online, but cohort based. That means you move through it with the same group of people, with live sessions, deadlines, and accountability.

Week 1 is Foundations. We pick your lane. Are you building a personal brand, a product, a content series, or a freelance service. We audit your current work. We set a clear 6 week goal. No vague goals like "grow". We do "publish 12 videos", "launch landing page and get 100 signups", "ship 3 client projects".

Week 2 is Skills Sprint. This is where we teach the actual craft. Not theory. We do workshops on storytelling, editing, design systems, copywriting, product thinking, AI workflows, and distribution. You choose 2 tracks based on your goal. Everything is taught by people who are doing it today, not just teaching it.

Week 3 is Build Week 1. You start making. Daily check ins. You ship a version 1 by Friday. It can be ugly. It just has to exist. We do live critique sessions where 5 people get torn apart kindly and everyone learns.

Week 4 is Distribution. Making is only half the battle. We teach how to launch. How to write a good post. How to pitch to media. How to get your first 100 users or viewers. We bring in creators who grew from zero in the last year to show exactly what they did.

Week 5 is Build Week 2. You take feedback and ship version 2. This is where most of the growth happens. You add polish, you fix what broke, you double down on what worked.

Week 6 is Demo and Next Steps. Everyone presents. We invite hiring managers, agencies, and investors. Last year 3 people got job offers from demo day. 7 got freelance clients. 2 raised pre seed. But even if you do not, you leave with a finished project and a portfolio.

Who is this for.

If you are a student who is tired of only having class projects to show, this is for you.

If you are a freelancer who wants to raise rates and get better clients, this is for you.

If you are a founder who needs to build in public and get early users, this is for you.

If you are a professional who wants to switch into creator or product roles, this is for you.

You do not need to be technical. We had writers, designers, marketers, and engineers last year. The only requirement is that you are willing to ship.

What makes 2026 different.

Three things have changed since we first ran this.

One, AI is now part of the workflow, not a gimmick. We teach how to use AI to 10x your output without losing your voice. How to use it for research, editing, thumbnails, code boilerplate, and ideas. But we also teach where not to use it. People can tell when content is generic.

Two, the bar for quality is higher. Audiences are smarter. Algorithms reward retention, not just clicks. So we spend more time on craft. Better hooks. Better editing. Better product UX. You will be pushed.

Three, the job market rewards proof. Degrees matter less. Portfolios matter more. Companies are hiring directly from demo days. Agencies are scouting for editors and writers who can show results. We have built direct pipelines with 20 companies this year who are looking for talent from the camp.

What you will actually make.

Here are examples from last year’s cohort so you know this is real.

A design student built a 3 part video series on UI and got 40k views. She now has 2 brand deals.

A developer shipped a micro SaaS for creators to manage sponsors. He has 200 paying users.

A marketer turned her LinkedIn into a daily series and landed a Head of Growth role.

A college team built a podcast and got their first sponsor in week 5.

A writer launched a paid newsletter and hit 1000 subscribers.

None of these people were famous before. They just had structure and deadlines.

On mentorship.

You are not doing this alone. Each cohort has 4 mentors. They do office hours twice a week. They review your work. They are people who have built audiences of 100k plus, or sold companies, or run creative teams. Last year our mentors included a YouTube editor who works with 5M channels, a founder who built and sold a dev tools company, and a brand strategist who has worked with Fortune 500s.

On community.

This is the part people underestimate. You will be in a Slack and Discord with 200 other people building at the same time. You will find collaborators. You will find your first customers. You will find friends who push you. Six months later our alumni group is still active and people are still hiring each other.

On time commitment.

Plan for 8 to 10 hours per week. 2 live sessions, 1 office hour, and the rest is building. If you cannot commit to that, do not join. This only works if you show up.

On outcomes.

We do not promise viral. We do not promise a job. What we do promise is this. In 6 weeks you will have one finished project you are proud of. You will understand how to plan, produce, and distribute creative work. You will have feedback from professionals. And you will have a network.

Pricing and access.

We kept it accessible. The full 6 weeks is less than the cost of a single college course. We also have scholarships for students and for creators from underrepresented backgrounds. We do not want cost to be the reason someone does not join.

Applications are open now. We cap each cohort at 200 people because mentorship does not scale. Last year we filled in 10 days.

Why I care about this.

I have been creating online for 8 years. The biggest thing that helped me was not a course. It was people who told me my work was bad and then helped me fix it. It was deadlines. It was seeing other people ship and feeling like I had to keep up.

That is what we are trying to recreate at scale.

In 2026, the people who thrive will be creators in the broad sense. People who can communicate. People who can build. People who can ship. AI will handle the average. Humans will win on taste, story, and execution.

This camp is about training those muscles.

If you are on the fence, ask yourself three questions.

Do I have a project I have been putting off for 3 months.

Do I want feedback from people who are better than me.

Do I want to be around other people who are building.

If you said yes to 2 of those, apply.

What happens after.

You keep access to the community. You keep the templates, the SOPs, and the mentor contacts. We do alumni check ins every quarter. We feature the best projects. And we keep connecting people to opportunities.

A note on AI and authenticity.

We are not teaching you to spam with AI. We are teaching you to use AI as an assistant so you can spend more time on the parts that are uniquely human. Ideas. Story. Taste. That is what audiences pay for. That is what companies hire for.

Final thoughts.

Summer is short. In 6 weeks you can watch tutorials and feel productive. Or you can ship something real.

If you want to do the second one, come build with us.

We start in July. Spots are limited. The application takes 10 minutes. It asks about what you want to build and why.

I read every application myself.

See you in camp.

If you have questions about whether this is right for you, send me a message. Tell me what you want to build. I will give you an honest answer.

Let us make this summer the one where you finally ship.
