LanFeng Biochemical: Forecasts a net profit loss of $45 million–$75 million in the first half of 2026

LanFeng Biochemical’s announcement: It expects that from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, its net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company will be a loss of RMB 45 million to RMB 75 million, compared with a loss of RMB 44.7789 million in the same period last year. Its net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be a loss of RMB 47 million to RMB 77 million, compared with a loss of RMB 46.5636 million in the same period last year. The company and its subsidiaries carried out a comprehensive inventory of various assets at the end of the reporting period. Based on the principle of prudence, the company accrued impairment provisions for relevant assets with impairment indicators, including expected credit impairment losses and asset impairment losses, totaling approximately RMB 39.0786 million, which correspondingly reduced the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for this period by approximately RMB 15.5634 million.
