I reviewed the BTC weekly chart. Unfortunately, since the 126K top it has been making lower highs. That is, it drops, then a rise comes, but it can’t stay above the previous lower high.


Right now it’s trying to hold around the 57,000 bottom. There’s a possibility of a rebound-style upward move in response to the selloff.
However, if it can’t close on the weekly timeframe above 82,941, then the downtrend that it started will continue.
In one scenario, it could form the last shoulder of a Libra pattern on the weekly. And after rising toward the 98,000–107,000 range, another drop could come again.
Unless liquidity increases in the market, buyers don’t come into the crypto sector. That’s because it’s one of the risk-on assets. If the Fed cuts interest rates, it means liquidity is expanding, and we can assume that buyers may come to crypto.
For now, rallies are just reaction rises against the decline. But even during these interim up moves, there can be good opportunities.
That’s why we continue to follow the charts on lower timeframes.
