Our ALD project has already completed all obligations under the original contract. The Zhi Ma staff member who initially coordinated with us charged fees, and the funds were transferred to the official Zhi Ma account.

Now, the platform, on the one hand, unilaterally adds harsh conditions beyond the contract, and on the other hand, claims that the contact person is not an official employee but a scammer.

The funds have been transferred into the platform’s account in a real and verifiable way. The platform cannot evade its responsibility with a single statement like “the personnel are scammers”! Any additional terms require mutual negotiation and both parties signing a supplemental agreement. We do not accept unilateral imposition of additional obligations. We expect an official, positive response from Zhi Ma.
