Guoan Shares announced that it expects net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of 2026 to be a loss of $123 million to $175 million, compared with a loss of $30.4466 million in the same period last year; after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, net profit is expected to be a loss of $25.7 million to $51.3 million, compared with a loss of $81.4843 million in the same period last year. Reasons for the performance change: the subsidiary Beijing Honglian 95 Information Industry Co., Ltd. has seen its profitability steadily improve, with both sales revenue and net profit increasing year over year; however, due to an investor lawsuit matter, based on the principle of accounting prudence, it will make an additional provision for estimated liabilities of approximately $172 million. This matter is classified as non-recurring gains and losses.
