Nvidia built a 9.3% stake in Nebius, and both stocks climbed Tuesday. A SEC filing showed Nvidia increased its stake by more than $3.8 billion and more than 21 million shares. NVDA stock rose 2%, while NBIS shares rose as much as 17.5%.
