Yuanxiang Shares: Expected net loss of $60 million–$90 million in the first half of 2026

Remote Co., Ltd. announced that the net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 is expected to be $60 million–$90 million, compared with a profit of $41.9566 million in the same period last year. The net loss after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be $64 million–$94 million, compared with a profit of $27.03M in the same period last year. The main reasons for the company’s performance loss are as follows: During the reporting period, some of the company’s in-hand closed orders are tied to previously agreed selling prices, while the prices of core raw materials such as copper remain at high levels. Fulfillment costs exceed contract revenue, resulting in a significant decline in the overall gross margin. In addition, intensifying industry competition has caused the company’s product selling prices to fall somewhat further, further compressing product profit margins. These two factors together have led to the company’s operating performance turning from a profit in the same period last year to a loss in the current period.
