First, they violated rules by publishing and hyping information about virtual currencies, and illegally provided marketing and promotional information related to virtual-currency-related business activities to users in mainland China, luring the public to participate in illegal financial activities involving virtual currencies. Second, they illegally conducted securities and futures business activities, using methods such as posting screenshots of profits and publishing real-trade operation content to induce netizens to add friends, pay to join groups, and purchase wealth-management courses, thereby illegally conducting securities and futures business activities.
