Samsung Electronics and SK hynix will advance a chip cooperation project worth 137.5 trillion won with major US technology companies.
Odaily Planet Daily reports that SK Group will supply chips worth $750 billion to U.S. technology companies, including Nvidia.
According to a report by South Korean media Newsis citing a message from the adviser to the South Korean president, Samsung Electronics and SK hynix will advance chip cooperation projects with major U.S. technology companies with a total scale of 137.5 trillion won.
In addition, market sources say that Samsung Electronics has signed a memorandum of understanding with Broadcom, reaching a five-year advanced storage chip foundry agreement worth $20 billion.
