🚨 Fidelity Isn't Waiting Around. Neither Should the Senate.

Look, when a company managing around $7 trillion starts pushing the Senate to pass the CLARITY Act, that's not random. They don't waste time chasing headlines. They want rules. Predictable ones. Because trying to build billion-dollar businesses while everyone argues over who's in charge? That's a mess.

I know what you're thinking. "Big finance just wants more control." Maybe. But here's the thing... giant firms hate uncertainty even more than they hate regulation. Deals get delayed, products sit on hold, lawyers keep billing by the hour. Nobody wins.

So yeah, Fidelity is making noise. Not because crypto suddenly became their favorite hobby, but because waiting forever isn't a strategy. At some point, Congress either writes the rules or keeps watching everyone operate in the gray. And honestly, that gets old fast.
