Qinshang Co., Ltd.: It is expected to incur a loss of $40 million–$60 million in the first half of 2026; the loss in the same period last year was $28.12M.

Qinshang Co., Ltd. announced that it expects net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company to be a loss of $40 million to $60 million in the first half of 2026. The loss in the same period last year was $28.12M. The year-on-year loss widened by 42% to 113%. Net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be a loss of $55 million to $75 million, compared with a loss of $35.5529 million in the same period last year. The year-on-year loss widened by 55% to 111%. Reasons for the performance change: affected by the macroeconomic environment and industry competition, the number of sales orders declined and project construction progress slowed, resulting in an approximately 30% year-on-year decline in operating revenue; an appreciation of the RMB increased foreign exchange losses; at the end of the period, impairment provisions were made for related assets showing signs of impairment.
