EU Bans Transactions With 14 Non-EU Crypto Platforms

The EU adopted its 21st sanctions package against Russia on July 23 and extended transaction bans to 14 non-EU crypto-related platforms and entities. TRM Labs said the package adds 218 listings in total. The package also gives the EU authority to restrict crypto asset services from an entire third country when platforms there facilitate Russian sanctions evasion.
