SpaceX successfully conducted its 13th Starship test flight, and the company’s stock price fell 1.48% after hours.
BlockBeats, July 25: According to the launch livestream footage, after multiple delays from weather issues and automatic aborts before launch, SpaceX successfully conducted the 13th test flight of the Starship super-heavy rocket at Starbase in Texas.
This 13th mission had previously been postponed three times. The first attempt was stopped at the last moment—due to technical parameter issues, the automatic system stopped the countdown seconds before launch; the subsequent delays were related to unfavorable weather conditions around the Starbase launch site in Texas.
This morning, SpaceX’s stock price fell to its lowest closing level since its IPO, briefly dropping to around the $111 mark; the stock closed at $115.07. After-hours, the price is temporarily $113.37, down 1.48%.
