Deep Tide TechFlow news: On July 25, AMD announced at its Advancing AI 2026 event that its Zen 6 architecture “Venice” CPUs in SPEC tests are about 20% faster than NVIDIA’s Vera processors, exceeding the previously conservative estimate of 10%. AMD said the tests were run using configurations from an NVIDIA white paper. Venice throughput is 2.2 times higher, single-core performance is 1.2 times faster, and it has not yet been fully optimized. This is AMD’s first time in the AI-dedicated processor space to directly benchmark against NVIDIA and publish performance data.
