A few days ago, I was still hesitating before going to bed. This morning, when I opened the chart, I found that the answer was already written on the K-line: the strength at $ICP ’s high end couldn’t hold out in the end, and I still didn’t manage to withstand the continuous sell pressure.

While others were running, I went back to review my entry logic instead: the price around 2.528 kept testing the upside repeatedly, but there wasn’t sustained buy-side follow-through. As the sell pressure increased slightly, the whole rebound started to thin out. Seeing that trading volume was relatively low and the push lacked momentum, I didn’t chase the volatility around. Instead, I executed the plan and went long.

At this moment, the current price has come to 2.138. My short position has already been realized, up +742.94%. It’s really satisfying. First, I’ll manage 80% of the position and leave 20% to continue following, moving the protective stop back near the cost basis. If there’s still strength below, let it run on its own; if a rebound occurs, I’ll still start by holding the portion I’ve already taken.

Even if you only make one point—if you can take it with you, then it’s yours. As for floating profits, the market’s the one deciding.

Don’t let profits inflate, and don’t let drawdowns turn into despair.

Friends who haven’t boarded yet, take my advice: don’t chase shorts just to top up your position right now. Wait for the next more comfortable spot. Opportunities are still there—don’t rush.
