In the beginning, $ADA chopped around at the high level for a long time. On the surface it looked strong, but every time it pushed higher, someone would sell into it. I started watching for a short opportunity around 0.2438—I was waiting for a rebound failure, not chasing after the drop already happened.

That mid section was especially painful, like a grinding mill. The price repeatedly pulled back and pushed, and the floating P&L on the short kept changing too; it almost made me wonder if I boarded too early. Later, when the rebound hit a key level, it quickly fell back—there was no sustained buying. That move made me re-confirm that at the high level there wasn’t enough support.

When the price moved to 0.1633, the market finally gave the answer. The result in my records was +2342.87%. This time, I didn’t get fooled by a fake breakout, and I didn’t panic out just because of a short-term pump. What I truly captured was the downswing that I patiently waited for.

Honestly, many people don’t get the direction wrong—they just lose patience once the market grinds. Short opportunities often don’t feel comfortable right from the start. If you can hold through the earlier doubts, then you have a chance to wait for the logic to play out.
