$SOL The daily chart has already broken below 74. The selling volume over these three days has been the same, but the downside magnitude is increasing, which proves that the bears are stronger than the bulls. On the 4-hour chart, it’s also a sell-off on increased volume. Now look at the 1-hour chart: it’s been very range-bound around 73.5. It’s very possible the rebound lacks strength. In a normal downtrend, after a sell-off with increased volume, you would usually see a rebound—but here on sol, I don’t see any sign of a rebound. Tomorrow is Saturday, and the Americans are on holiday, so there shouldn’t be too much volatility. Tomorrow should be a situation of a drop followed by sideways consolidation. So, the most conservative thing here is to wait for a “downtrend stopping” confirmation signal before entering. But in my personal view, you can try to bet on a small rebound around 73.5—it must be only a small rebound. If no rebound appears here, you can exit. But most likely, there will be one. When it reaches the support level, there is generally a rebound.
