Just after I finished watching the bearish news, a screen full of green lights already started taking over the market—this short setup is really爽. When price dumped intraday, although $NAS100 briefly rebounded, the bids couldn’t hold consistently; every time it was pushed up, it got pressed back down. I judged the fakeout/long squeeze was heavy, so I followed the plan and took the short-side action. I’ll wait until confirmation and then continue.

My entry was 29,885.23, and the latest price is 28,135.87, with a return rate of +542.65%—I nailed the rhythm. Don’t underestimate a market that weakens slowly; real profits often get made quietly, without much noise.

First, lock in 80% of the position, and keep the remaining 80% for follow-through. At the same time, move the protective level up into the cost area. If it keeps selling off, let the profit run. And if there’s a sudden rebound, don’t let this round of results get fully taken away—position management matters more than emotions.

Even if I only end up with unrealized gains, as long as I take something away, it’s mine. Chasing trades is easy to get hung up at the top; chasing shorts is just as dangerous. Wait for a new structure to form, and then reassess—there are still opportunities. Don’t rush.
