Golden Finance reported that on July 25, the commander of Iran’s Hatem Anbia Central Command, Abdullahi, said on July 24 local time that Iran has adopted “for every Iranian citizen killed, strike one U.S. military personnel” as a battlefield operation principle. He said Iran had already proven to its opponent that this principle is actionable and would implement it effective immediately.
