Golden Finance reported that on July 24, BlackRock analyst Michel Aubenas said in a report that emerging-market debt offers attractive investment opportunities, especially in regions where real yields remain high. He said, “In a more moderate global interest-rate environment, parts of Latin America as well as Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa stand out.” Aubenas said that if energy prices fall, it could reduce expectations for central bank rate hikes and improve risk appetite for emerging-market assets.
