$BEAT is behaving exactly like a legitimate breakout. Buyer confidence, steadily rising volume, and price holding above the breakout area instead of immediately reversing—this combination is what separates real price movement from liquidity-draining action. What I won’t do is chase it vertically. A more interesting entry appears if price takes the time to consolidate above the breakout zone and absorb sellers before the next move.
