Again, a rapid crash! I explained very clearly in the last rebound: the slight uptick was just a mid-drop repair, not a bottom. After that, it’s inevitable that price will continue to move lower.

When it rebounds a bit, a bunch of people get anxious to chase longs and bottom-buy, ignoring the overall bearish setup. Now a huge bearish candle has come down, and they’re directly trapped in their positions. If you saw the chart structure in advance and held onto your short, this round of market action still lets you steadily take profits.

Now the indicators are weakening again, with plenty of downside momentum. Even if there’s a brief small rebound, it won’t change the overall downward trend. Never rush to buy the dip!

If you caught profits from this drop, give a 1. If you bottom-bought and got trapped, give a 2. Let’s discuss our outlook for the next phase in the comments together!
