Prices surged higher but kept coming under pressure, with four-hour K-lines repeatedly closing in red. The recent highs above have been gradually stepping down, and rebound volume continues to shrink. The bulls lack momentum to push higher, and the market structure has shifted from an upward consolidation to a weak corrective pattern. In the short term, any modest rebound is mostly a technical repair; multiple resistances remain overhead, and the overall market focus continues to move downward.

Rebounds are unlikely to directly reverse the current weak structure. At this stage, blindly chasing longs carries significant risk. The preferred trading approach is to place short positions based on the overhead resistance zone, wait for the rebound to face resistance before entering, and don’t rush into a low-level bottom-fishing trade betting on a reversal.

The rebound lacks strength, and the downtrend is clearly evident—I'll take this one.

Indeed, at the current four-hour timeframe there has been a continuous run of bearish candles; the recent highs are moving lower, and volume is shrinking. Any rebound is an opportunity to short—set your stop-loss in time and take profit in batches.
