It’s reported that SoftBank is considering acquiring the robotics startup Gravis.

Golden Finance News, July 24, according to sources, SoftBank Group is considering acquiring Gravis Robotics AG, with SoftBank targeting the artificial intelligence sector supporting robotics technology. SoftBank plans to make a large-scale investment in this European startup and include it in its newly established company Roze. SoftBank may complete the deal in stages by gradually acquiring existing shares and injecting new funding. Insiders say the transaction could ultimately value the Gravis company, headquartered in Zurich, at more than $500 million. They said no final decision has yet been made regarding the size or structure of the deal.
