Deep Tide TechFlow news: On July 24, according to official announcements, Raydium announced the launch of a permissioned automated market maker (AMM) and permissioned pools, opened to asset issuers that need to meet KYC or regulatory requirements. Issuers can directly integrate with Solana on-chain liquidity infrastructure to build a compliant secondary trading market, while retaining control over participant onboarding access.

The proposal combines issuer-managed KYC review, programmable access restrictions, and tamper-proof smart contract execution, enabling approved wallets to trade transparently on-chain while meeting compliance requirements. Raydium said Superstate has become the first service partner to integrate this mechanism, and its tokenized equity platform Opening Bell will use Raydium’s provided secondary-market liquidity support.
