Deep Tide TechFlow news: On July 24, sources said that SoftBank Group is considering acquiring Gravis Robotics AG. SoftBank is targeting the artificial intelligence field that supports robotics technology. SoftBank plans to make a large-scale investment in the European startup and fold it into its newly established company Roze. SoftBank may complete the deal in stages—by gradually acquiring existing shares and injecting new funds. Sources say the transaction could ultimately push the valuation of Gravis, which is headquartered in Zurich, to more than $500 million. They said that no final decisions have yet been made on the deal size or structure. (Jin10)
