In the early U.S. stock session, semiconductor stocks saw mixed moves, but the picture is clearly split—Intel surged nearly 5% on its own, Arm rose by less than 1%, and AMD was slightly red, barely holding the scene. On the other side, storage and optical communications stocks were almost completely wiped out—Hynix $SKHY ‌fell nearly 3%, Micron dropped more than 2%, while Nokia, Credo, and Astera Labs all traded lower across the board.
