The short liquidation of $6.0131K at $1.1185 shows sellers were caught off guard as price pushed above a key liquidity zone. This reflects a bullish short-term structure, with buyers gaining control after clearing trapped short positions.

EP: $1.1200

TP1: $1.1450
TP2: $1.1750
TP3: $1.2200

SL: $1.0850

Price is holding above the reclaimed liquidity level, keeping the structure positive. Momentum is strengthening as buying pressure increases while sellers lose control. If $1.1185 remains as support, price is likely to extend toward the next resistance and liquidity zones.

This surge is definitely fierce—the shorts got liquidated unexpectedly. If 1.1185 holds, there shouldn’t be any issue seeing 1.22.

Based on liquidation data, these 60k short positions are just an appetizer; above there is more liquidity waiting to be eaten. Bullish momentum is still building, but make your stop-loss tight—don’t get thrown off the train by a rebound.

1.12 is a pretty smart entry point—it lines up neatly with the support after the short squeeze— but the area before 1.22 has a lot of trapped positions, so it’s not advisable to chase higher blindly. It’s more stable to wait for a pullback and confirmation before adding to your position.
