Black Forest Labs Releases a Robot Model, Moves Into the Physical AI Field

Golden Finance News reported that on July 24, Black Forest Labs, a German AI research laboratory, is testing its first AI model for robots, expanding its business from photo-realistic image generation into the physical AI domain. The company’s Flux 3 model can learn from images, video, and audio, and can predict the next step action based on what it sees, enabling it to compete in the “visual intelligence” space. Black Forest Labs has partnered with Mimic Robotics AG to develop an action model called Flux-mimic, and is currently testing it with manufacturing partners including Audi AG.
