$STAR In the past 24 hours, it plunged 24.73%, hitting a low of 0.1083, with trading volume shrinking to 5.1 million. Don’t think it’s the market maker dumping the price—last night’s Fed minutes delivered hawkish signals + the Non-Farm Payrolls came in above expectations, the US dollar index surged, and BTC broke down as well. The 30-day rolling correlation between STAR and US stocks has jumped to 0.72, which is 0.15 higher than BTC’s.

Broad commodities moved in sync: oil fell 4% over three days, copper dropped 2%, and capital rushed into risk-off mode across the board. $STAR is currently stuck around 0.1123 in the 0.108–0.12 support zone, but if tonight’s CPI again comes in above expectations, this level may not hold.
Set a stop-loss at 0.105; if it doesn’t break, don’t move. If it rebounds to 0.13, cut half the position first; clear the position if it goes above 0.15. Want to know if you can bottom-fish now? Wait for CPI to land and see whether volume picks up. Until BTC stabilizes, don’t try to catch the bottom of STAR.
Don’t just watch the order book—the macro sentiment is the real line-drawer. When the dollar rises, the crypto market is all about painting promises.
