They repeatedly laid out their own views and stance in livestream chats and posted in public forums, repeatedly emphasizing to everyone that the short positions they have planned must be held firmly, and that the market will inevitably experience a sharp selloff in the next phase. As expected, the predicted行情 played out as scheduled last night.
Looking back at this round of market fluctuations during the consolidation phase, the charts repeatedly stabbed and rebounded to wash the market, and it was full of bullish calls to catch the bottom. Many friends who held short positions couldn’t withstand the psychological pressure caused by short-term volatility; with only a small amount of floating profit, they hurriedly closed their positions and exited. In the end, they only captured scattered, minor gains and missed the full move.
The hardest part of trading has never been forecasting the direction; it’s firmly executing the logic you’ve derived from the chart’s structure—without letting short-term noise and market sentiment easily sway you.
Based on the current chart, I believe this down move hasn’t completely ended yet. Most likely, there will be another round of probing downward afterward. Price will at least move to test support at the daily-line level at the Bollinger middle band. After reaching this key level, we will then judge the pace of the subsequent market adjustment by combining chart signals.
Even if a rebound and recovery occur in the short term, most of it will just be technical repair during the broader decline—don’t rush to enter the market to catch the bottom and “catch a falling knife.” Blindly going long against the trend can easily get you trapped again by the market.
I want to ask everyone:
Do you think this drop has already bottomed out and the correction is finished? Or do you believe there’s still room for another round of probing downward? Let’s discuss your views in the comments!
