Gotion Lithium Battery announced that it had previously disclosed that its controlling subsidiary, Xianghe New Energy, would be the implementation entity for an investment and construction project with an annual output of 60,000 tons of vinylene carbonate (Phase 1: 30,000 tons), with a total investment of RMB 1.6 billion. Regarding the progress of this external investment, the company plans to adjust the implementation plan for the original project, canceling the original two-phase construction plan and instead proceeding with a one-time overall investment and construction of the project. The project’s planned investment scale remains RMB 1.6 billion, and the planned production capacity remains an annual output of 60,000 tons of vinylene carbonate. The company has recently obtained a new fixed-asset investment project filing certificate.
