Guoke Tiancang: The company and its wholly owned subsidiary have signed contracts with a total contract amount of no less than RMB 630 million.

Guoke Tiancheng announced that the company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Hangzhou Tianxin Aung Optical Technology Co., Ltd., have signed contracts with four customers to provide the above customers with non-cooled infrared detector and thermal imaging products. The total contract value is not less than RMB 630 million (including tax), accounting for 57.10% of the company’s audited operating revenue for fiscal year 2025. The contracts will become effective after both parties sign them. If the relevant contracts are carried out smoothly, the company expects they will have a positive impact on its future operating performance.
