Still choppy today? In recent days, during the midnight phase, it has basically been range-bound trading—there hasn’t been a sustained one-way move overall. For example, in today’s midnight session, BTC first probed the downside to the 64,600 low, then saw a modest rebound around 65,100 before rolling over again. The morning chart still continues the same range-bound state. For this kind of market, we should stay firm in our approach and continue shorting. Don’t let the back-and-forth swings of a few hundred points throw off your mindset. If you get swept out easily by the main players’ short-term washout routine, then hold your order.

Looking at the chart, over the past two days BTC has closed consecutive daily bearish candles, forming a standard “double bearish” pattern. Previously, the daily chart’s attempt to test the upper band resistance clearly met pressure; all kinds of positive news have already been fully digested on the smaller timeframes, and the price action has accordingly shifted into a correction cycle. The four-hour timeframe is also seeing a string of bearish candles. The short-term price directly broke below the mid-band support, once even dipping to test and touch the lower band. Subsequent rebounds have only managed to stall just above the lower band. Overall, the trend has completely switched into a weak structure, with the bears firmly holding initiative on the board. As we approach the end of this week, the bulls’ rebound momentum is severely lacking. For future operations, it’s recommended that everyone follows the pace of the chart—using a short-term mindset to follow through with shorts as the primary plan.
