*ST Huaxi: The final ruling in the second-instance major lawsuit upholds the original judgment, and it is expected to reduce profit by 26.66M yuan

*ST Huaxi announced that the company was previously sued by Guixi Industrial Control Jincheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. over a financing lease contract dispute. In the first-instance ruling, the court ordered the company to pay the repurchase consideration of 31.36 million yuan. After the company filed an appeal, the Jiangxi Province Yingtan City Intermediate People’s Court in the second instance ruled to dismiss the appeal and uphold the original judgment. The second-instance case acceptance fee of 198.6k yuan will be borne by the company. This litigation is expected to reduce the company’s profit for the current period by 26.66M yuan, with the final figure subject to the annual audit by accountants.
