State Grid XinTong released a performance results (express) report. In the first half of the year, operating revenue was 3.43B yuan, down 2.59% year-on-year. Net profit was 231M yuan, down 12.97% year-on-year. The main reasons are as follows: first, year-on-year revenue declined, resulting in lower profits; second, the revenue share from the digital infrastructure business increased compared with the previous year, causing the company’s overall gross margin to decrease; and third, the company’s equity-invested enterprise, Futang Hydropower, was affected by temporary factors such as power line inspections and maintenance, leading to reduced power generation and a decline in the company’s investment income in the short term.
