Inspur Software: It is expected to incur a loss of 1.4 billion yuan in the first half of 2026, compared with a loss of 1.48 billion yuan in the same period last year.

Inspur Software’s announcement expects that in the first half of 2026, the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company will be around -140 million yuan, and the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses will be around -139 million yuan. In the same period last year, the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company was -148 million yuan, and the profit after deducting non-recurring items was also -148 million yuan. The main reasons for the expected loss in performance are that the company’s customers are government agencies and large enterprises and public institutions; impacted by their budget preparation, procurement cycles, and project delivery cycles, the business has a clear seasonal pattern—projects are mainly completed and delivered for acceptance in the second half, especially the fourth quarter—leading to losses in the first half.
