BTC previously pushed up to the 66,900 area but faced resistance and pulled back. Yesterday’s price repeatedly fluctuated around the 66,300 range. Late in the evening, the shorts once again gained momentum and kicked off a pullback; in the early hours, the low dipped to around 64,600. At this stage, a rebound and technical recovery is underway, and the current price is trading around 65,200.

From the current market structure, on the 4-hour timeframe, since the high point at 66,924, price has continued to range and trend downward. The price has broken below the Bollinger middle band at 65,769, and the market structure has shifted from a bullish consolidation pattern to a weaker trend. The MACD indicator continues to diverge downward, and bearish momentum is still ongoing. In the short term, there is a need for an oversold technical rebound. On the 1-hour timeframe, the Bollinger bands have opened to the downside. After the market’s prior consecutive decline, it hit the 64,636 low and then saw a modest rebound. It should be noted that this rebound is only a technical repair following the selloff; the heavy resistance overhead has not been broken. Overall momentum remains weak. For future operations, the plan is to position shorts primarily around resistance levels.
