Sesame, please answer. I am a real user registered with Gate.io as a verified KYC user, and I have an independent uid. However, we are also members of the ALD community. As co-builders of Web3, we hereby file an official complaint regarding the ALD listing event:

The ALD project team has completed full payment and technical integration. ALD has been successfully launched on Alpha. But after the project side has completed all obligations, Gate-related personnel unilaterally refused to fulfill the commitment to transfer to the main board. Through communication by the official team Alex, they have delayed to date under the excuse of review; it has now been 5 days. The entire ALD community can no longer accept endless waiting.

Now please let Gate publicly respond to three questions:

1. After the ALD project has completed all contractual obligations, why were additional terms outside the contract unilaterally added?
2. If, as official personnel Alex said @Robin77_Gate非官方人员, then why could Gate complete the full Alpha listing process for ALD?
3. Please disclose all counterparts for ALD to access Gate Alpha and the complete ALD listing integration process, to ensure Gate’s credibility and transparency.

All members of the ALD community, as co-builders in the Web3 industry, require Gate and other top-tier exchanges to jointly uphold industry transparency and credibility. Our request is: Gate, please answer.
