To be honest, after seeing this round of feedback come in, I still feel pretty good inside. Before opening the position, I didn’t rush to chase the short; instead, I waited while the price repeatedly tested at the high end and failed. Only after confirming that there wasn’t enough buy-side support above did I execute around 1897.16.

After opening the position, the rebound once made the order book look a bit hesitant, but the price never regained strength. The short-side power gradually took the initiative. Now at 1884.59, with a result of +113.32%, the earlier waiting has finally received an answer.

The hardest part in trading is often not finding an opportunity, but holding to the rhythm and protecting profits in time. Once the profit appears, I care more about whether the pullback is controllable than continuing to fantasize about even more upside.

Profit needs to be protected, and patience also needs to be maintained. If you didn’t keep up with this move, don’t regret it—opportunities have always been there. What matters is not to chase orders out of emotion.
