Today I had a bit to drink, and I’d also like to talk to everyone about my multi-year journey of inner struggles. From funds to crypto to large-commodity trading like CFDs—maybe it’s similar to what most people experience.

In 2023, I got into trading. Back then I thought trading was a shortcut. If you learn the skills well, you can make money. The year before, I was nearly always losing.
I studied a lot of techniques, watched many courses, and stared at charts through countless late nights, but my account never got better. The most painful part wasn’t losing money—it was that you’re clearly putting in a lot of effort, yet you can’t see any results.
Later I realized I wasn’t losing because my technical skills weren’t enough, but because I wanted to make money too badly.
I was afraid of missing opportunities, so I traded too frequently, unwilling to accept losses, so I kept holding onto losing positions.
I always wanted to prove that I was right.
After a few years of trading, I finally understood:
The market won’t reward effort. The market only rewards what’s correct—and the correct part depends not on predicting the market, but on controlling yourself. Learn to wait, learn to cut losses.
Learn to accept uncertainty. Even if everyone opens the same trade at the same entry price, it’s possible to end up with profit or loss.
Many people think trading is a battle against the market. In fact, trading has always been a battle against yourself. If you’re still losing money now, don’t rush to deny yourself.
Because the biggest growth in trading often happens during those most painful losses. The real money you make in trading isn’t “the money from knowledge.”
It’s “the money from overcoming human nature”! $ETH $BTC $XAUUSD
