Just finished lunch and opened the chart; the picture suddenly became very interesting: it was still trying to look strong in front, and in the blink of an eye it started leaking down. $MAV This time it wasn’t a sudden flip of attitude—details of the pressure at the high were already showing.
A few days ago, in the afternoon, I was watching MAV. The price repeatedly probed the upside, but not a single time could it cleanly stand and stay. The rebounds became shorter and shorter, and trading volume didn’t keep up. Seeing this kind of weak follow-through, I warned back then not to chase that little fake-out; wait until the selling pressure truly drops, then open longs around 0.01362.
Now the price is back to 0.0089, and the return rate shows +1675.98%. This round of the short trade is basically turned in. The longer you grind first, the more decisive it becomes when it actually falls—holding to the plan is what makes the result happen.
The bulk is taken off the table first: close 80%, keep the remaining 20% in the market, and bring the protection level to around your cost. If it keeps weakening, let the profit extend on its own; if it suddenly rebounds, you don’t need to turn the gains into regret.
Being flat isn’t a crime—opening trades randomly is the mistake. This isn’t the time to chase shorts. Wait for the next more comfortable position; only when a new structure forms, then reassess. Don’t ruin the rhythm just to catch the excitement.
