BTC is around 65.9k u today. The daily chart and the hourly chart are telling two different stories right now.

On the daily chart, price is struggling in the 65,488 to 66,527 u range. MACD is lifting upward, which suggests momentum is building. But on the hourly chart, momentum has already started to fade—buyers still haven’t gained structural control.

The daily pivot is at 66,114 u. Above that, the Bollinger upper band at 66,263 u and the hourly 20 MA at 66,145 u are capping price. This area is a heavy, dense sell-pressure zone, and bulls haven’t managed to clear it out—for now.

First, we need to see the daily close cleanly above 66,527 u, and for the hourly moving averages to realign into a bullish configuration. Only when the hourly MACD turns positive can we confirm that the daily momentum has truly transferred into the hourly structure.

Looking downward: if the daily support at 65,488 u breaks, it could open a path toward the Bollinger middle band at 64,062 u.

As for the regulatory news about the Clarity Act—just a few days ago it sparked a brief rally, but it didn’t form a real breakout. The Fear & Greed Index is now 33, which is relatively cautious—not in a panic-selling state.

There’s also activity from a big holder: shareholders of a company called Satsuma are voting to liquidate its holdings of 668 BTC in reserve positions. This is a single case, not an industry-wide signal. #btc $BTC
