Last night was calm with no wind, but today the shorts suddenly kicked the door open, and this move on the chart is indeed sharp. A few days ago, before bed, I watched $MAGMA probe repeatedly at a high level. The price just couldn’t break through—once sell orders showed up, the bid side clearly went weak. I judged this wasn’t breakout buildup, but a pullback window after insufficient follow-through.

I went long around 0.39387, but the core wasn’t betting on direction—I just saw that volume didn’t keep up, and nobody was there to catch when it tried to go up. I decided to wait until its weakness showed. Now the price is at 0.32214, with unrealized profit of +179.79%. This time, the profit finally got locked in—timing was spot on.

First, close 80%, taking the bulk of the gains off the table. Move the remaining 20%’s protection level to around the cost basis. If it continues to drop further, let the profit run; if it bounces back, don’t give back what you’ve already secured.

Don’t treat one realized win as a reason for the next impulsive move. Being in cash isn’t a sin—opening positions recklessly is the mistake. If you haven’t boarded yet, don’t chase; wait for the new structure and the next wave of signals before acting.
