A few days ago I set the protection level before going to sleep, and when the market opened today, I saw $AAVE already finished the grueling part. While everyone else was still watching, the price didn’t rush to perform; instead, it repeatedly confirmed acceptance at the low levels. Once it truly started, it was actually very straightforward.

At the time, I was watching AAVE pull back and hold at the rebound point. Fresh buy orders kept showing up continuously underneath, while the sell pressure overhead gradually got lighter layer by layer. So the action I took was to go long, participating around 88.25, without chasing the sudden spike upward.

Now the price has reached 95.79. The profit record for this round of longs is +603.44%. No strong conviction, can’t hold it if you don’t have patience—profit might be thin, but still, first of all, thanks to the market for the opportunity.

Take 80% of the take-profit off the table first, and use the remaining 20% to protect at the cost price. If price keeps moving up, follow the profits; if it pulls back, don’t let the gains turn uncomfortable. Risk control done upfront is called rationality; cutting after you’re in the red is called “a warrior’s severing of the wrist.” If you didn’t get on, don’t force the chase—wait for the next wave’s signal to feel more comfortable.
