Canton Strategic sells its biotech subsidiary Gravitas and pivots to focus on financial digitization

Odaily Planet Daily reported that Nasdaq-listed company Canton Strategic Holdings announced that the sale deal by its biotechnology R&D division, Gravitas Life Sciences, has been completed. The buyer for this transaction is Gravitas Collective Corp, approved unanimously by the company’s board of directors, and the closing was officially completed on July 17, 2026.

This asset divestment is a key strategic transformation for the company. Going forward, the company will focus on the Canton Network ecosystem, transforming into a digital services provider for financial markets.
