As expected, the market delivered a decent round of deeper declines. The BTC and ETH short orders that had been firmly placed earlier saw significant profit realization in full.
Looking back at the earlier chart, it was already very clear: the big coin surged and met resistance above 66,900, stalling and failing to keep rising; at the 1,956 high, ETH lacked the strength to break through again. On 4-hour timeframe indicators, top divergences kept showing up one after another, then the trend flipped. After the price touched the upper band of the Bollinger Bands, bullish momentum was completely exhausted. The repeated side-to-side oscillations at high levels were all just bull traps and position-washing shakeouts. At the time, it was repeatedly emphasized in the livestream and updates: don’t be misled by short-term small rebounds. A higher-level adjustment like this was accumulating energy, getting ready to move.
The extremely high maintenance margin rate provided positions with a very strong safety buffer. Throughout the entire process, there was no need to worry about being forced out passively due to small rebound wick insertions. Relying on the approach of building positions in batches to dilute the cost, and holding the core position long-term to bet on a one-sided deep selloff, it steadily captured the complete profit from this round of deep downside.
Many traders take a little unrealized profit and rush to lock it in; all they can earn are scraps in a choppy, range-bound market. Without the staying power to hold on for trend-level moves, they miss the big opportunity. Real trading is not only about judging entry points; it also depends on a deep understanding of the market structure, scientific planning of position sizing, and strong composure to remain unmoved by short-term noise.
This round of decline is simply an expectation-driven market move, with the signals from the trading system playing out. Going forward, it will still be patiently monitored according to the established structure. Don’t blindly add or switch positions just because you’ve made large profits in the short term. Adhere strictly to trading discipline and wait for the next clearly defined opportunity.
