ZAMA hits a new ATH at $0.051, fueled by institutional confidence and strong momentum around its FHE technology for DeFi and RWA use cases.

But the rally is getting overheated. RSI has spiked to 94, MACD momentum is weakening, and $349K+ in recent net outflows suggest early profit taking.

📌 Strong narrative, but short term correction risk is rising. Trade with discipline.

An ATH of $0.051 is tempting, but all indicators are calling it overheated—at this point, chasing the rally is worse than waiting for a pullback to stabilize; don’t be the bag-holder.

It’s moving too fast—its RSI is already 94, and there’s a high risk of a short-term pullback.

Although ZAMA’s FHE is solid for DeFi and RWA application scenarios and institutions have strong confidence, an RSI rising to 94 is an extremely overheated signal. Combined with net outflows of over $340k, there’s a high probability of a pullback in the short term—wait for the retracement before getting in.

ZAMA’s FHE narrative is indeed strong, but the technical outlook is seriously overbought: MACD divergence and capital outflows are occurring, so be cautious about chasing the price.
