The moment the phone screen just lit up, the market already handed the answer to the shorts. Right at the start of the session when the dump just hit, $DOT quickly loosened from the high. That feeling of wanting to surge but not being able to finally got confirmed by a pullback. 📉

A few days ago, I was watching DOT at night. The sell pressure above kept getting heavier. The rebound looked like it was doing something, but the volume didn’t keep up, and there wasn’t continuous follow-through on the bids either. So at the time I gave the instruction to handle it as “go long,” and didn’t chase that kind of fake breakout.

Entry reference was 1.223. Now the price is at 0.817, and the short position shows floating profit of +2355.51%. It was really grindy beforehand, but once the direction finally moved, the rhythm fell into place—the wait wasn’t in vain.

Take profit on 80% first, and move the protection level on the remaining 20% to around the break-even cost. If it continues to sell off further, let the profits run; and if there’s a sudden rebound, don’t spit back the gains you’ve already secured.

The market is something you wait for, and profits are something you hold onto. Friends who haven’t boarded yet, don’t rush to chase—wait for the next wave’s signal to be clear, then look at the new structure.
